How we’re structured

Age Grade Rugby allows Girls to ‘Play Up’ and ‘Play Down’ age groups, which means we can mix ages. It also allows children to play within their ability and not be limited by age only.

Get involved!

All of our coaches are volunteers and we’re always looking for more. You can also get involved by helping with admin or becoming a volunteer first aider. We had a great time last season, but the old adage that many hands make light work is still very true.
