Being part of Old Ruts Rugby is a great opportunity and the team is supported by several coaches, first aid and match day physios. We have a growing squad of players of all abilities and ages (from 18 to older) that play league matches and friendlies usually on a Sunday afternoon during the season.

The players arrange social events for the team, as well taking part in wider club events such as World Cup themed events, 6 nations and also a specific Ladies Day event twice a season.

Being part of the Old Ruts Women’s team guarantees a whole lot of fun and forming friendships that will last a lifetime.
